Conflict Resolution/Player Agents

A Player Agent has been assigned to each division.  The purpose of the Player Agent is to help find resolution to issues that may arise between parents and coaches during the course of the season.  Parents are asked to bring any concerns to the Coach or Team Mom prior to contacting the Player Agent.  This is done to give the coach an opportunity to resolve the issue.  Keep in mind that all Coaches, Team Moms, Player Agents and Board Members are strictly volunteers.  If a parent cannot reach a successful solution to an issue with a Coach directly, they are advised to contact their Player Agent, who will step in and mediate to find a solution.
